Ensure that sufficient parking space is reserved for our truck and notify your doorman or neighbours if you need to book the elevator of your building.


Is it necessary to empty desk and dresser drawers? YES

You need to empty all the drawers and compartments of your furniture. If items or clothing are left inside, the weight of the unit is distorted; in addition to risking injury to a member of our team, your furniture and forgotten contents could be damaged.


Can we receive the wardrobe boxes before our move? NO

We bring them on moving day. While we are packing your furniture, you can transfer your clothes to the wardrobe boxes. We will implement the reverse process at the new address, and will recover our boxes.


Do we need to confirm our move date? NO

Once your move date is reserved with us, you will receive a confirmation from us. The day of the move, we will contact you for a final check. For this reason, it is important to give us a usable contact number or to disconnect your phone service the next day. If we are unable to reach you, we will go to the address on the contract.
